These templates require a paid Heidi Health plan that supports custom templates. Custom templates are available during Heidi's 14-day free trial but will not be accessible after the trial ends unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

Hygiene Exam
+$100 AUD
Combined hygienist + dentist exam template for appointments where the hygienist does the clean and the dentist does the examination. Records both portions in a single structured note.
Extended Support
+$200 AUD
Extends complimentary template support from 30 days to 3 months. Submit fix requests and receive priority adjustments for longer after delivery.

Quick answers to what we get asked most

What do I receive?

Heidi-ready template files (.txt), a voice guide (PDF) with dictation instructions, and a flowchart (PNG) showing how each template is structured.

Do you need access to my Heidi account?

No. We test everything using our own Heidi Health environment. You never share your login. Once delivered, you simply copy and paste the templates into your own account.

What if I need changes after delivery?

You get 30 days of complimentary support. Submit a Template Fix Request through your account dashboard and we'll make adjustments at no extra charge.

Can I customise my templates?

Yes. After payment you'll fill out an onboarding form where you set your preferences: complaint formatting, medical history style, LA colour codes, consent statements, and more.
