Note Preferences

Where would you like the "Next Visit" line in each note?
This records what's happening next visit and how long is needed. Example output: DB 35 MO, cleaning 30 minutes appointment week
Do you want a standard line confirming the patient consented to AI recording?
Current wording: "Patient advised AI recording for note generation and record keeping. Patient consent to use of AI for these purposes."
Leave blank if you answered yes or no to the previous question.
Do you want the DA's name recorded when mentioned during the appointment?
Recorded at the beginning of the note as "DA present: [NAME]"

Clinical Defaults

We use verbal colour codes to auto-document LA. Would you like to use these named mappings? (i.e. if you say "IANB and buccal infil 36, 2 golds and a blue" it will output: "IANB 36 2.2 mL articaine 4% w 1:100k adrenaline, buccal infiltration 36 2.2 mL articaine 4% w 1:100k adrenaline, 2.2 mL lignocaine 2% w 1:80k adrenaline")
If entering your own, provide your colour-to-medication mappings:
This is the default value that will get recorded in your notes. So know that if you say any other shade during the appointment (e.g. "C4 shade") it will change to that shade.
This will print the default crown template. If you normally do monolithic FMZ then leave this blank. If you always use a specific material (e.g. zirconia) it will still record.
Do you want a POIG line at the end of each procedure section? These are auto-generated based on procedure type (e.g. extraction, sensitivity advice after composite).
